The PLR OTPR-I Online Temperature Measurement Gas-Solid Phase Photocatalytic Reactor is designed for use with the Labsolar-6A system. It combines photocatalysis and photothermal coupling for gas-solid phase reactions. Featuring a low heat dissipation design, it is compatible with powders, porous films, and thin-layered materials. This reactor uses intense incident light to heat the material, allowing real-time online monitoring of the catalyst's surface temperature and sampling for gas component analysis during reactions.

It mainly includes two models:

PLR OTPR-1, designed for use with the Labsolar-6A All-Glass Automatic Online Trace Gas Analysis System.

PLR OTPR-2, suitable for gas-solid phase experiments in flow systems involving photocatalysis and photothermal catalysis.

Unlike passive diffusion methods, the PLR OTPR gas-solid phase photocatalytic reactor uses a gas "penetration" approach to ensure effective contact between reaction gases and photocatalysts, thereby enhancing mass transfer efficiency. This reactor is equipped with a dedicated in-situ infrared temperature measurement port for non-contact real-time measurement of the catalyst's surface temperature and features a temperature jacket to minimize heat dissipation.

Key Features

● Applicable to powders, thin films, and thin-layered materials;

● Suitable for CO₂ gas reduction and gas pollutant degradation;

● Efficient driving of reaction gases through the catalyst layer;

● Integrated in-situ infrared temperature measurement for real-time catalyst surface temperature monitoring.
