The PLR-GPTR Series Gas-Solid Phase Photothermal Reactor includes two products:

PLR-GPTR Gas-Solid Phase Photothermal Reactor

PLR-GPTRT Gas-Solid Phase Photothermal Reactor (with built-in heating).

The PLR-GPTR gas-solid phase photothermal reactor comprises various models such as PLR-GPTR50T, PLR-GPTR100, PLR-GPTR200T, etc. The numeric suffix represents the effective volume of the reaction vessel, for example, "50" corresponds to a 50 mL reaction vessel, and "T" indicates a reactor with built-in heating functionality.

The PLR-GPTR Series Gas-Solid Phase Photothermal Reactor is designed for photothermal catalytic reactions, utilizing kettle-style reactors with a flattened design tailored for gas-solid phase experiments. The PLR-GPTR series includes a standard pressure sensor for pressure monitoring and is equipped with a temperature sensor for real-time monitoring of the catalyst's bulk-phase temperature.

In photothermal catalytic reactions, it is essential to determine whether the reaction process belongs to photothermal catalytic reactions or photothermal cooperative catalytic reactions. Comparative experiments are required to compare the conversion rates and selectivity at the corresponding temperatures under light reaction conditions with those under dark reaction conditions. This allows the determination of the impact and extent of the light source on the reaction system during photothermal reactions.

To meet the requirements for comparative experiments, the PLR-GPTRT Gas-Solid Phase Photothermal Reactor (with built-in heating) utilizes a temperature feedback control design, providing local heating exclusively to the catalyst area. It can reach temperatures of up to 300°C, features a 10-segment programmable temperature control, and offers a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C.

Product Advantages

1. Pressure Resistant

The stainless steel reactor can withstand pressures of up to 0.3 MPa.

2. Flattened Reactor Design

Reduces the free diffusion distance of CO₂, enhancing collision probabilities between CO₂ gas and photocatalysts and improving mass transfer efficiency.

3. Expandable Reaction System

It can be externally connected with humidification and gas control modules for intelligent control of reaction conditions and can be used in combination with online gas analysis devices for online analysis.

4. Expandable Application Scope

It can be used as a closed batch reactor and can also facilitate flow phase CO₂ reactions. It is suitable for gas-solid phase photocatalytic CO₂ reactions and gas-solid phase photothermal CO₂ reactions.

Application Areas

▲ Gas-Solid Phase Photo/Thermal Catalytic Reactions (e.g., CO₂ reduction, hydrogenation reactions, VOC degradation, nitrogen fixation, sulfur fixation, etc.)
