The PLA-MAC1005 Multi-Gas Atmosphere Controller is designed to work in conjunction with the PCX50 Discover Multi-Channel Photoreactor System, serving for controlling the atmosphere within reaction vessels of multi-channel systems. It can also be expanded for use in small-volume systems with needle punctures for atmosphere control. The instrument is equipped with built-in sensors for precise detection, enabling the control of the internal pressure of reaction vessels. This allows for multiple replacements and pressure adjustments of the atmosphere within the vessels, ensuring environmental atmosphere control at levels below several tens of ppm. Additionally, it can monitor the changing pressure within multiple reaction vessels.
It offers three operating modes: collective, independent, and measurement. In the collective mode, the pressure within all reaction vessels is set to the same value for uniform pressure control, suitable for parallel pressure atmosphere experiments during the research process. The independent mode allows different pressure settings within each reaction vessel for individual pressure control. This mode is useful when investigating factors such as initial pressure or initial concentration during the experiment. The measurement mode is designed for real-time monitoring of pressure changes within the reaction vessels, and recording intervals and frequencies can be customized as needed.
