The 21st National Conference on Molecular Sieves of the Chinese Chemical Society was held from September 27th to 30th, 2021. It was jointly organized by the Molecular Sieve Professional Committee of the Chinese Chemical Society and China University of Petroleum (East China), with China University of Petroleum (East China) as the host. The grand event took place at the China International Exhibition Center of Qingdao World Expo City, Qingdao, Shandong. The theme of the 21st National Conference on Molecular Sieves of the Chinese Chemical Society is "Porous Materials and Future Energy." It aims to showcase the new developments in the field of molecular sieves and porous materials in China, discuss the responsibilities, opportunities, and challenges of the chemistry of molecular sieves and related porous functional materials in the new era of energy transformation and sustainable development, and further promote the development and dissemination of molecular sieve science and technology in China.
The conference includes topics such as the synthesis, modification, and characterization techniques of porous molecular sieve materials; host-guest chemistry and functional materials; adsorption, separation, and diffusion properties; catalysis and chemical engineering processes of porous materials; theoretical calculations and simulations of the properties, structures, and applications of porous materials.
