They are used for visual assessment of material color, color matching, and color difference evaluation. The purpose is to conduct production, sample testing, quality control, and acceptance under the same standard lighting conditions, accurately verifying color deviations in products, ensuring that product color quality meets the requirements, and thus improving product quality.
The D75 standard light source box is one of a series of standard light sources specified by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) to simulate north daylight. The D75 standard LED light source box is primarily used in cotton grading rooms. Cotton grading has specific requirements for lighting fixtures and must comply with the standards for "Equipment and Artificial Lighting for Cotton Grading Room" as specified in "ISO 4911-1980 Textiles - Cotton Fibres" and "GB/T 13786-2022 Simulated Daylight Illumination for Cotton Grading Room."
The national standard "Simulated Daylight Illumination for Cotton Grading Room" (GB/T 13786-2022), in which Beijing Perfectlight Technology Co., Ltd. participated in its formulation, was officially promulgated in October 2022 by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Standardization Administration. It will be implemented on May 1, 2023.
