Senior Engineer Huang Xinming from Beijing Perfectlight Technology Co., Ltd. presented a report titled "Utilization of a Tubular Reactor for Photochemical Scale-up" at the academic sub-forum on the 13th. The report introduced the application of tubular photoreactors in the photochemical scaling process.
The photochemical equipment introduced in the report was also displayed at the conference venue, with key exhibits as follows:
Currently, Perfectlight's photochemical synthesis equipment covers four scales of laboratory micro, small, pilot, and large-scale production processing, from basic research in gas-liquid heterogeneous Taylor flow to multi-channel reaction condition screening and batch-scale production equipment.
With the rapid development of nanotechnology, biotechnology, and information technology, photochemistry will play an increasingly crucial role in new material synthesis, energy conversion and storage, and environmental management. As a pioneer in the industry, Beijing Perfectlight Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to keep pace with technological advancements, increase research and development investment in the field of photochemistry, strengthen and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in photochemistry and related fields, and accelerate the construction of a leading domestic photochemistry innovation platform and demonstration base for application scenarios, providing momentum for the high-quality development of the local economy.
Founded in 2006, Beijing Perfectlight Technology Co., Ltd. is a dual high-tech enterprise (national and Zhongguancun) integrating research and development, production, sales, and services, dedicated to developing intelligent, high-precision, high-performance photochemical synthesis equipment. Perfectlight possesses multiple independent intellectual property rights, which have been applied in research fields such as drug synthesis, new energy, and "dual carbon" environmental protection.
Perfectlight will continue to promote the growth and development of photochemical synthesis in China with a spirit of continuous innovation and self-challenge.
